Sriboga Ninja Japanese Wheat Flour

From our Signature Collection, Sriboga Ninja is a Japanese inspired flour specially formulated to produce wonderful, silky smooth, and textured Udon noodles and other white noodle variants. Bakpao and Steambuns are also perfect applications for our Sriboga Ninja Japanese Flour, producing soft and fluffy buns.

Sriboga Ninja is a premium wheat flour which is superfine and softer than regular flours, so it can absorb more moisture and sugar than other flours, and will produce a lighter, softer texture.

Sriboga Ninja has a protein content of 14%.
