Pita Merah is perfect for tender and chemically leavened baked goods. Milled from a special selection of soft (low protein) wheat varieties, this flour is ideal for baking cakes, biscuits and pastries.

Because Pita Merah is a soft flour so it can absorb more moisture and sugar than other flours, and will produce a lighter, softer texture.

Pita Merah has a protein content of 8.5 – 9.0%.
